"Completely terrible"
I ordered a few dresses for our business, and let me tell you, they are just plain ugly. They don't resemble the pictures at all and feel really poorly made. There's no way I'm letting the staff wear these. It's a real shame.

"Completely Awful Experience"
The quality is just plain awful. It took forever to get here, and the items are ugly, looking nothing like what was shown in the pictures. This is the worst service I've ever dealt with. I ordered dresses for my team, and it would be a total embarrassment to let them wear these.

"Absolutely TERRIBLE"
Absolutely terrible quality. Took long time to arrive, products are hideous and look nothing like the photos. Worst service I have ever encountered. Ordered dresses for staff, would be an embarrassment to allow our staff to wear these.

"My dream purse has arrived!"
I had some concerns after checking out other people's feedback, but I decided to give this site a shot. After seeing the good reviews, I ensured my photo was converted to the best DPI for a nice appearance. It turned out to be more than just nice; it’s stunning! Plus, it’s super spacious! The scent of the leather is just delightful. Couldn’t be happier!

"Legit Products, But Watch Your Wallet"
I stumbled upon this company while searching for a custom dakimakura, specifically one that could handle nude artwork. After some digging, I found Artscow and decided to place my order.

The first print and fabric quality were decent, but I messed up by not leaving enough margin space, which led them to crop the image right below the eyes. So, I opted for a reprint, and that’s when the customer service nightmare kicked in.

Even though the two images were identical except for the whitespace, they turned down the second print for being inappropriate. I got a bit heated and reminded them they had printed it before, and I was just trying to fix the issue. I asked for a refund, but instead of answering, they suggested I censor the artwork like the Japanese do with a mosaic.

I modified the image, sent it back, and they said it would be approved. A week later, they claimed the mosaic needed to be bigger and more pixelated. After another round of modifications, they finally approved it, but then another week passed, and I was told that while one person approved it, the 'artist' refused to print it without more changes. They even suggested using an emoji heart for censorship instead of a mosaic. I followed their advice, but then they came back saying the censorship had to be much larger than what I submitted. After four weeks of back and forth, they finally agreed to print it.

While all this was happening, I experienced some bank card fraud. I withdrew cash from an ATM, only to find my balance was off. Turns out, there were three transactions that day: me at the ATM, someone in Florida spending $50 at Applebee's, and another in Arkansas buying a $500 TV at Walmart. The bank quickly sorted it out since it was clear I couldn’t be in three places at once, and the person who bought the TV ended up in jail. This whole situation made me anxious about how Artscow would refund me since my card was deactivated, which led me to compromise more on the design than I wanted.

Fast forward a few years, and I decided to change the cover of my dakimakura again. This time, I went for an anime art style instead of photorealistic, hoping Artscow would approve it without any censorship. I got the order printed and shipped without a hitch, even though it was just as 'obscene' as the previous image.

About a week later, I received a phishing email that looked like it was from my local bank, containing my full credit card number, expiration date, and security code. I froze the card and got a new one. I can’t prove it, but I’m pretty sure Artscow leaked my card info. The new card was fresh, and the only time I used it was for withdrawing cash from my bank's ATM. Artscow was the first and only transaction on that card, and I hadn’t even received my item yet; it got stuck in customs for about two weeks.

In short, this company does deliver quality products, but they might leave you feeling scammed. I’m writing this review because, despite my past experiences, I was recently looking for a place to print custom cards for a board game I’m working on, and several folks recommended Artscow. AHHHHHHHHHHHH

I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1 because if you want erotic art printed, they’ll do it, and the quality is good. Just make sure to pay with a burner card that you can close right after.

"CHECK OUT THESE REVIEWS FIRST!"
I've placed a handful of orders that turned out fine... BUT... the black t-shirt came with a white line that wasn't part of the design... the satin pajamas look completely different in person compared to what was shown online! I attempted to reach out to them... but no luck since their online form is a bust... THEN! I find out I gotta cover shipping to Hong Kong! ALWAYS use PayPal so you can get your cash back!

I’ve never signed up for their site, and I wouldn’t either. Lately, I've been bombarded with more than 20 emails in just a few months, always pushing me to buy various products from them.

"Timing is a bit sketchy"
It's been a month since I bought my item, and it's still in processing. They promised I'd get it in 7 days, so I reached out to customer service to check if all was well. They mentioned there were some delays. That was 15 days back, and I still have no clue when the product will be ready, much less shipped.

Is it possible to leave a zero-star rating? Their customer support is awful, and the quality of their photo prints is just plain terrible. I ordered a custom photo blanket, and some of the images turned out orange instead of the dark purple I expected. What I received was actually light blue. When I reached out to them, they told me I could send it back at my own expense for a refund. There was no way I was shipping it back to China just to get my money back, especially when the return shipping would cost me a good chunk. They insisted that the color issues were my fault and that the base color was 'close enough.' Honestly, it's not worth the hassle or the cash to deal with this company. I won't be using them again, and I'll make sure to warn everyone I know to steer clear. Total SCAM.

"Ordered Some Mouse Pads and Here's What Happened"
I got a couple of mouse pads featuring my family picture. They never showed up. Customer service claimed they were sent back, but if I fork over $7.98, they’d send them again. So, they sent them again, but then said they got returned once more. Again, they wanted $7.98 to resend. I told them I just don’t trust this anymore. So long!

"Dress shirts galore!"
I was a bit unsure about placing an order since I figured this could be a scam site, but I thought, hey, 25 bucks, why not give it a shot? Now, I'm planning to get loads of custom dress shirts to rock that goofy look! They do take roughly a month to show up, but I'm totally cool with waiting for those personalized shirts! The quality is fantastic, and the customer service was super helpful, especially since it was around Christmas and they had a ton of orders to handle.

"Purchased 100 KN-95 Masks"
I recently got my hands on 100 KN-95 masks. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. I placed my order on September 12th. At first, I was a bit anxious since I didn’t have any tracking info from FedEx. I shot an email to customer service on Thursday, September 17th, and wouldn’t you know it, the masks showed up right after I reached out. I was a tad skeptical about the masks themselves. I’ve used this brand before, and the coding on the side was usually imprinted, but the ones I got seemed to have ink stamped codes. They fit a little looser than my previous ones, but still snug enough for comfort. I tested one by running water over it, and there was no leakage at all. I even tried to blow out a lighter flame, and it was nearly impossible from any distance. When I cut one open, I found it had four layers. Even if they aren’t the real deal from PGT, I’m fine with that because they seem to be of pretty similar quality. The nose piece is sturdy—not flimsy in the least.

"PGT KN-95 Masks Review"
I placed an order for these masks on September 12 and they arrived by September 17. I was really impressed. The quality of the masks is great. The nose piece feels sturdy. The materials seem nice and durable. I wasn't too happy that the mask wasn't pressed in like the other PGT ones I've bought from different places, but overall, it meets my expectations. The customer service was quick to respond.

"KN-95 masks (PGT)"
Ordered the masks on 9/12 and received them on 9/17. Was amazed. Masks are of good quality. Nose piece is solid. Materials look and feel good. Wasn't pleased with the mask not being pressed into the mask like my other PGT masks purchased from other sources, but the mask is up to par. Customer service was responsive
